# $IFO Issuance mechanism

* Invite value users to participate in staking and receive a corresponding $IFO reward. Value Users: Users who stake $TIFO worth 500 USDT or more and choose a medium to high annualized rate. 50% of the $IFO destroyed by the invitee when staking $TIFO will be rewarded to the inviter immediately and the remaining 50% of the value will be divided into 90 days (on a per block basis) to reward the inviter with the value of the IFO at that time.

*Example: A invites B to stake $10,000 USDT worth of $TIFO and pay $500 USDT worth of $IFO opting for the medium annualized rate, then the inviter will be immediately rewarded with $IFO worth 250U, assuming the price of $0.01 USDT of $IFO at the time, then the inviter will be immediately rewarded with 25 $IFO and the remaining $IFO reward worth 250 USDT will be split over 90 days based on If the price of $IFO is 0.011 USDT on the next day, the inviter will receive: 250/ 90/ 0.011 = 250 $IFO*

* If a user increases, decreases, or unstake $sTIFO, the agreement will recalculate the principal value of their staked $TIFO to determine if they are still a valid user, if they are still a valid user, it will not affect the issuance of their inviter's $IFO reward; if they are not a valid user, their inviter's $IFO reward will be canceled.
